The story of Hipanema began in Rio de Janeiro in 2011. Delphine and Jenny, two young Parisians, met on the legendary beach of Ipanema. United by the same passions and values, they aimed to revolutionize the world of costume jewelry with an innovative concept and colorful ideas.

Since their inception, the founders have been very sensitive to the working conditions of their collaborators, preferring long-term partnerships, teams they know and perpetuate, and trying to involve them in the various creative processes. "After spending four months sleeping in a factory in China, enduring shockingly cold winters and scorching summers, I immediately said that as soon as we had the opportunity, we would install heating and air conditioning," says Delphine. "And we did." Taking care of others, taking time for each individual, this is the priority of the two creators. And what do they wish for the next ten years? "The same happiness!" they reply in unison.
